We kindly suggest that you request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. Because of that, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned.

This comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
