This set works, they each have a refill.  This set is The Jotter Mini- "Demi Lady Orange".  It is a cute little set. They are 4 1/2" long by 5/16" wide.  they have been kept in good condition.   Please look at all of the photos and let me know if you have any questions

U.S.A.” with the old Parker logo.
The top tassie is an inverted cone.
