vintage cross pen and pencil set MIB

vintage cross pen and pencil set MIB. Condition is "New". This is almost a mystery, what I am saying about color, and pen and pencil, might not be? This set as you can see has never been opened. I am just assuming. Please see all photos. This cross pen and pencil set does not have the booklet that sold with the other set.
This set is identical as far as pen and pencil never opened, I did look to say there was no engravings and no Jewels, again this does not have the paper back booklet. This is just for the Pen and pencil set with box.
