Guide to Historical Resources in Warren County, New York Repositories
This is a book of historical resources for Warren County, NY. It was done by an organization in Ithaca that tried to index all the organizations in the State that had collections and describe those collections. This county was completed in 1982 and even though it may be outdated will will help to know what records existed at that time. In some cases record centers may have closed or merged.
The books in this series got nicknamed "Red Books" as the covers were all red. This one for Warren County in the first part has 27 pages describing record holding organizations and their collections. Then the second part is a subject index that has 60 pages.
