I am not certain but I think this was originally manufactured as an egg timer although I know some people do refer to it as a pie vent. Please note the clear glass egg timer in the photo is not “original” but is included in the purchase. This item is being offered for sale in used, “as is,” vintage condition. It is impossible to list every imperfection or blemish. Please view the pictures carefully as I have taken the photos to expand on the description, details and condition of this item.

This item stands just under 4 ¾ inches at its tallest point.
There is some chipping and scuffing around the center hole where the timer is sitting in one of the photos. Additionally, there is a very minor chip on her left arm. (See photo) There is scattered crazing, soiling and staining throughout the piece.

I do not know its age.
