Set comes in Lamy box; since no inserts I do not know if the box is the original box for the set though... it's a metal box with Lamy print...
original Lamy M16 refill inside ballpoint pen which is working but do not know how much "mileage" left; It may need to be replaced.
Fountain pen and ballpoint pen are in very good condition; there are some minor surface scratches but no deep scratches, NIB is in excellent shape; everything works as it should
