This is a late 1960s sterling silver plated Parker 75 ballpoint pen in the flamme pattern. It was made in France. The pen has a series of lines that give it a flame-like appearance. This is a cap-actuated pen and it uses regular Parker ballpoint or gel refills.It has some tarnish from age -- it's around 50 years old and has been used. It looks quite presentable and the mechanism works well.
