Everything is in pristine condition, but the first ink capsule has been used. The replacement ink capsule, however, has been untouched.

The well known Fisher space pen in a special edition from 1994, commemorating the 25-th anniversary of the Apollo 11 flight, beautifully engraved.
Brand new, complete with outer box, coin, leaflet, card and extra filling.
This commemorative issue can be found on the 40-th and 50-th anniversary of the Apollo 11 flight, you won't find the 25-th anniversary issue easily (or at all).
This item comes from the collection of an elderly gentleman in The Netherlands who invested in special, collectible pens in  a period form the 80's till the 00's. Collection mainly consisting of Montblanc limited editions, but also this beautiful set.
This set has been opened, but put in a safe for years afterwards and never used.
