    Description

    Up for sale is this harder to find "Lux Minute Minder" kitchen timer.  It is model 1928 with the red inlay for the lettering and numbers.  I have tested it at the 5 and 30 minute marks and it came very close to my iPhone timer.  The ring is an elongated one.  It still has 4 rubber feet on the bottom.  The white case is pretty clean, but there is a hairline crack down the back that is difficult to see, but can be felt with a finger nail.  No box or instructions.  This dates to pre-1961, before Robert Shaw bought out Lux.
    It measures about 2-1/2" tall, 4-1/2" from front to back and 3-1/2" wide.  A nice vintage working retro piece.
