VERY GOOD condition: The binder is clean and looks rather new. Internally, there are relevant handwritten additions and changes here and there throughout (adding to the genealogical value of this work, imho), the pages have a bit of toning to the edges and some of the usual light copy-machine smudges and marks. A very presentable copy of this scarce genealogy.

The Lawrence Zimmerman Papers are the "Unpublished Papers Loaned by Mrs. H.B.  Pratt of St. Paul, Minnesota, and also includes Maps and Brief of the Snell-Timmerman Patent".  This small booklet of 32 pages was reprinted from the Enterprise and News in 1937.  It includes information about the King Hendrick deed and the background of Lawrence Zimmerman.  It is in very nice condition.
