    Description

    For those who value individuality and impeccable style, this Townsend Medalist ballpoint pen by CROSS embodies classic American elegance and finesse. It was inspired by the graceful lines of 1930's Art Deco design era with distinctive finishes, precious metal and the signature double band. It has been the pen of choice for several American Presidents but we won't name them as we don't want to get into politics!
    The finish is highly polished chrome and has 23 Karat gold-plate appointments in the middle and either end of the pen. The chrome  is incised with a subtle line pattern. It is a swivel action pen where you twist it to bring for the tip. There is a black refill in it that works! (Refill #8513, I believe).
    The distinguishing feature of this unique pen is the emblem on the clip which I believe is the flag of Spain. I have not been able to find another like it to find out for whom it was originally made. (Made in the USA though.)
    Very good, pre-loved condition. Works as designed as has an ink refill in it that works! Any odd colors or blemishes are reflections from my phones camera ir surroundings.
    A great gift idea for your Spanish friend or family member or as a hint that they might be traveling there!
