Ballpoint pen is 1.0 mm and swivels to engage point.  Contains quick dry ink.
Rollerball pen is .7mm and has a pull-off cap.  Contains safe water-based ink.

We do our best to describe each item accurately and disclose any and all imperfections. S
ometimes we may miss something and if that happens, please know that it was not intentional. Most of our products are preowned and some signs of usage are normal and expected.  Even new items can get dirty.
We try to launder or dry clean clothing items before shipping.  If something is new with tags, we still do a "refresh" in order to get them to you in the best possible condition.
Shoes are disinfected and cleaned before shipping.
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS COME FROM A "SMOKE FREE" ENVIRONMENT.

Measurements provided are taken on the actual item as a courtesy to customers.  However, measurements may vary because the method you use to measure an item may differ from the method we use.  So please allow some room for the variance.  We are not responsible for variances in measurements.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns.
SHIPPING:
It is our policy to ship all sold items either same day or on the following day, with the exception of Sunday or postal holidays.  Therefore if you purchase an item on Saturday or Sunday, more than likely your item will not ship until Monday.  In the case of holidays, items will ship on the next business day following a holiday (except for Black Friday).
We ship Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.

SALE & RETURN POLICY
We strive for your ultimate satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your order, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact same, brand-new condition it was received, including the original packaging, plus any accessories, parts, and paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept opened and used bottles of ink, ink cartridges, used notebooks, engraved pens or pen cleaning supplies. When you receive any new fountain pen, we recommend to inspect it thoroughly and if necessary, lightly dip the nib tip in washable ink to test it. Any pens that have been fully inked and used will incur a 15% restocking fee for preferential returns. Approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Goldspot Pens, who reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified or is otherwise unable to be resold.
