I had a close friend pass away back in 2014 and I was the beneficiary of his estate. I sold all of his big items and boxed up the rest of the little stuff and put it all in storage. Last week I decided to go threw some of the boxes and found this amazing pen. After extensive research I was put in touch with Bradley Bschionning who works for Cross Pens. I sent him pictures and all the info I had and he has concluded that the pen is a Cross Century Signet 18k solid gold produced in the late 1980's to 2000. The pen is a remake of the style that was produced in 1935 and it is 18k solid gold. I also contacted Jeff CROTTS who works at the Pen Place here in Kansas City who sell new Cross pens and he also has verified the Bschionning finding.The condition of the pen is perfect I found it in a closet shelf in its original packing and looks like it had never been used. With the price of gold today these pens are very hard to find and most are sold out. I encourage anyone serious to see the pen in person no disappointments. Pen must be paid in full before I ship.
