Entries are in strict alphabetical      order by town, and give name, date of event, names of parents, names of both      spouses, and sometimes such items as age, occupation, and specific place of      residence.

Livingston county is located in north central Illinois and is surrounded by Woodford, McLean, Ford, Grundy and LaSalle counties. The county seat is Pontiac. Other towns are Chatsworth, Cornell, Cullom, Dwight, Fairbury and Odell.
