    The top tassie is an inverted cone.

    This is a lot of 4 Vintage Jotter Mini-Demi Ballpoint pens. The colors are Lady Black, Grey, Yellow and Green.   Three of them work, they do need new refills. The green one won't stay opened (not sure why). Once that is fixed it will work I am sure.  If you buy the other 3 you can have the green one free.  These are all 4 1/2" by 5/16".  All 3 in great shape.
